There was a pop up advertising for free product testing. I received the order when I was working out of town. I came home to find my visa had been charged for both products I ordered as samples, one for $177 and the other for $200. I called customer service to request a refund and an address to send the products back and was told simply they do not offer refunds and they don't provide product testing or samples. After expressing my frustration I was told there was nothing they would do even though I hadn't even opened the products because it was passed the "14 day trial" for products. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. There was NO mention of any additional costs, trial period or that they continue to charge you monthly for the products unless you call and cancel. Not an ethical way of doing business.

They did the same to me, offered me to return to the he product back to me but havent recieved it yet! Been trying since Jan 2016 and its almost May!

Cant get a hold of the corporation# anywhere?

Cannot understand if product has not been shipped yet, according to their service rep, why it cannot be cancelled regardless of going beyond the 14 day trial period, if only by a couple of days. This would be the easiest and most equitable solution since most of us were unaware when buying this "free trial" that we became a subscription member when we did if we didn't call them to cancel. In the fine print, I suppose but I didn't see it.

Confusing policy as I was charged under $10 for the shipping and cost of the first jar only to be told it was a 30 day supply and now get a bill for $204.

Company should treat prospective customers fairly. There should be no shocks involved.

Very misleading trial offer of cream for under $10 costs me over $200 as when you order the trial size you now are "subscribed" for more shipments if you haven't cancelled within the trial period of your sample jar. Doesn't matter if you cancel, you're still on the hook if the shipment has been processed. You cannot return it and you get no refund. Horrible experience. They did however sent a notice of cancellation which my VISA credit card company says they must honour. This scamming outfit only added wrinkles to my face!

I had a pop up and bought into it not seeing any terms and conditions charge me on my PC financial 177.84 plus 207.52 had the nerve to send me another at 199.38 box just yesterday March 14 said that I only canceled one product when in retrospect I canceled all .These so call companie play games with peoples lives and nobody should stand for this they should be brought down and put in their place they are hurting people financially and that should not be allowed now I'm having to fight with my PC creditors to protect myself issued a new credit card we all should be careful we are subjected targets for their hungry pockets this is evil at its core we basically have no rights there is no customer service telling us we can't return the product basically we have no choice that's *** nothing but bad business and incoherent .CorporationWho do they think they are money back guaranteed I will always fight for what's right news reporter by the name of Ellen Roseman from the Toronto Star has made a great statement of this company you can leave a comment with her at Ellen roseman.com shake the evil out and have the highest regards for human life!

Product way over priced and no customer service I did order the Alvena for a charge of less than $5. For that, I said why not. When I called the number to cancel, it went through an extensive return shipping policy and the recording repeatedly said, to avoid having to ship anything and save your time, just pay $38 and change. So after 5 minutes I did press the #1 button to keep the product but they don't tell you that it is US funds even though you would return the product to a CAD address. Minutes after this process, I talked with Heather and then supervisor Katherine and they said there is absolutely no refund even if you ship the product back. It is now on you because you pushed the #1 button.

This is one of the worst Scams yet! They are crooks!!! They lie and they steal! They tell you something is a "sample", well in their minds a sample is not a sample. It is an actual item you will eventually have to pay a lot more money for. What you read about the product offered is not what you get. Please everyone go to social media and put and end to this c scam. Please do not get involved with this company.

So you apparently order this miracle skin cream RISK FREE and if you like it they charge 144$ for the cream what they do NOT tell you is if you cancel the subscription they will charge you $32.71 for the Duaderma and then $38.71 for the Alvena creams they sent to you. NOW THAT IS A SCAM....where was the 100% RIsk Free?? I was shocked I had to phone both places to cancel my subscription that I subscribed at ONE yes 1 ...place. SCAM all over !!! Dr Oz best NOT be putting his name on that product.

Not only is it a scam, customer service is a joke. I spoke with someone this morning, they continued to charge my account.

I informed that I had not received the product and did not want it. I was told there is no refund. And it was not in a very nice way. The product is any cream you buy at walmart.

Do not purchase from them.

They are a not a trustful vendor. Scam is what I would call it as well.

Get a free sample, from Alvena, but read the fine print, if you do not they will charge use your credit card to charge you a fortune each month as they send you another sample for ever and it will cost you $144.85 every month, what a rip off. If you call and try to cancel they ask for your phone number, and being as we ordered the FREE SAMPLE on line we did not give our phone number, then you are placed on hold for ever and eventually they cut you off, we tried several times to cancel but no luck, so in the end we cancelled our credit cards. they only to stop the charges. be warned.
